My story with cats began long before LIN&STUDIO MEOW MEOW@LIN was even a twinkle in my eye. It began in the sun-drenched afternoons of my childhood, spent at my grandmother's house, where playful kittens were my constant companions. Those early days instilled in me a deep love for these enigmatic creatures, a love that would follow me throughout my life and eventually blossom into my brand.
As a contemporary artist, I found myself continually inspired by cats. Their graceful movements, expressive eyes, and innate sense of mystery have always captivated me. It was during this time that I welcomed Shanku, my own furry soulmate, into my life. He became my constant companion, a silent observer as I painted, a warm presence by my side as I slept, and a mischievous partner in crime, often caught red-pawed sipping milk from my teacup.
Tragically, Shanku's time with me was cut short by illness in 2021. Heartbroken, I sought solace in my art, pouring my grief onto the canvas through countless paintings of cats. These paintings became a tribute to Shanku, a way to keep his memory alive.

My journey then led me to the charming streets of the UK, where I was delighted to discover a thriving community of feline friends. From the mischievous Steal, who lived up to his name by pilfering treats, to the elegant Coco, a true beauty with her calico coat, these cats brought joy and inspiration to my life in a new country.

During my Master's studies at Winchester School of Art, surrounded by the beauty of British gardens and the comforting ritual of afternoon tea, the seeds of LIN&STUDIO MEOW MEOW@LIN were sown. I envisioned a brand that celebrated my love for cats, art, and the simple pleasures of life, a brand that would capture the essence of those sun-drenched afternoons spent in the company of feline friends.
At the heart of my brand lies Meowment in Time, a hand-drawn animation that captures the whimsical and endearing moments of a cat's daily life. This animation is more than just a story; it's a reflection of my own journey, a love letter to the cats who have touched my life and shaped my art.

Most of LIN&STUDIO MEOW MEOW@LIN's products are crafted from high-quality bone china, renowned for its lightness, translucency, and durability. I combine this traditional material with my hand-painted cat designs to create unique pieces of art.
