Terms of Service (Photography Services & Ceramics)
1. General Information
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services and products provided by LIN&STUDIO LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our photography services or ceramic products, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Photography Services
2.1 Appointment & Payment
A deposit may be required to secure a photography session.
Full payment must be completed before final image delivery.
Any additional services requested during the session may incur extra charges.
2.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: Full refund or one free reschedule.
Cancellation 7-13 days in advance: 50% refund or reschedule with an additional fee.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible (subject to availability).
Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund and no rescheduling.
2.3 Refund After Photography Service
Once the photography work has been delivered, refunds are not available.
If the shoot cannot be completed due to the photographer’s fault, a partial refund or rescheduled session may be offered.
3. Ceramic Products
3.1 Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made ceramics (e.g., personalized engravings, custom colors, or designs) are non-returnable.
Items damaged due to improper use (e.g., dropping, incorrect cleaning) cannot be returned.
Discounted or sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
3.3 Returns for Quality Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged ceramic product, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photo evidence.
For returns due to quality issues, we offer a full refund or a free replacement, and we will cover return shipping costs.
3.4 Refund Process
Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return (attach photos if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide the return address.
Securely package the item and use a trackable shipping service for return.
Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to quality issues or seller error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
